Bowling Green – Thelma P. Johnson, 75 of Goodlettsville, TN, died Thursday, August 24, 2017 at Skyline Hospital in Nashville, TN. The Bowling Green native was the daughter of the late Oscar and Virgie Newton Fulks. She is also preceded in death by her husband Delbert Johnson, three sons; Martin Lee, Joe Herrell, and Christopher Shawn Johnson and a grandson; Michael Ray Miller. She loved to travel with and was an important part of Ronny and Lisa Hinson Ministries. She loved her Lord, life, family, laughing and enjoyed eating. If she had met you, she would have loved you. You would have loved her, too, and would never have forgotten her. Yet, her greatest love was soul winning. She is survived by her daughters Lisa Johnson Hinson and husband Ronny Hinson of Goodlettsville, TN, Jeanie Bobbett of Russellville, Joan Gleissner of Bowling Green; two sons Ricky and Bo Johnson of Bowling Green. Nine Grandchildren, Jordan, Steven, Ashley, Nickiea, Matt, Jackie, Michelle, Jenny and Chris and 12 great grandchildren. Visitation is from 3:00 – 8:00 pm Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at J. C. Kirby & Son Lover’s Lane Chapel and on Wednesday after 9:30 a.m. Funeral service is 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, August 30 2017 at the funeral home with burial at Bowling Green Gardens.
